Having worked for Xenia for over 6 years, Katie is responsible for all People & HR across the company, including recruitment, onboarding new staff, ensuring we are up to date with current employment law, supporting senior management and much more. Katie is CIPD Level 3 qualified in Human Resources and her background is mainly in onboarding new starters from overseas.
