We offer a full spectrum of Lettings Services to our landlords including conducting in person or virtual viewings, right-to-rent checks, arrears management, specialist marketing, comprehensive inventory checks, as well as repair and maintenance management. Throughout his career, he has built high-performing teams and delivered exceptional customer service, ensuring strong relationships with landlords and tenants. Head of Lettings

Over the course of her career, Dannielle has excelled in various positions within the property industry. With dual qualifications in Sales and Lettings, she possesses the skills necessary to effectively manage the challenges of today’s letting market.

Dannielle’s experience spans diverse property sectors, including Residential, Build-to-Rent (BTR), and Student Accommodation. Her understanding of these sectors will be a great asset to Xenia Lettings in driving growth and strengthening its market position.

Katie is CIPD Level 3 qualified in Human Resources and her background is mainly in onboarding new starters from overseas.
